Order Processing Time

We usually process and ship your order within 1-3 business days after receiving it. Please note that weekends and statutory holidays are not included in the processing time. During promotional periods, the order processing time may be extended to 3-5 business days. We appreciate your understanding.Order cut off 7:00 PM.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping notification containing the tracking number to your registered email address. You can check the delivery progress of your order on the official website tracking number.

Address Changes

Please carefully verify your delivery address when placing an order. We cannot modify the delivery address once the order has been shipped. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping fee for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives with obvious damage, please confirm it with the delivery personnel at the time of signing and contact our customer service team promptly

  • If the package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery status being updated, and we will assist with the inquiry.
  • For confirmed lost packages, we will arrange for a reshipment or a full refund.
